Authors and publishers will have to do something else to maintain that experience. Maybe social media, maybe some other method. I'm still looking forward to seeing an Espresso machine. I've already researched and seen that Seattle, a 4 hour drive away, has two of them, I even thought of driving down just to print some of my own books with their machine, but after hearing this I bet there will be one in my city before I know it.
